Warranty and Registration

Strider makes the best balance bikes in the world. We know how important it is for our customers to expect a high-quality product from Strider and we want to make sure that our products perform and hold up to expectations. If you’ve purchased a product from us that isn’t meeting your expectations, contact us and we’ll work it out. Our goal is getting your kid riding Strider bike with confidence again.

Only Genuine Strider products are manufactured to exacting standards and are rigorously tested for the safety of your child. To ensure the riding success of your child and make sure you are covered by our 30-day guarantee and a two-year warranty for manufacturing defects, always look for Genuine Strider products from an authorized seller or buy on www.striderbikes.in Unauthorized products carry no warranty from Color Sports India Private Limited. However, should you need to return an item to Color Sports due to any manufacturing defects; you may return the item at our address.

Please include a copy of your packing slip or invoice inside the package, along with a reason for the return. Credits will be issued to the customer after the bike or accessory is received and processed. Credits will be issued for the purchase price of items only; credits will not be issued for any shipping or processing fees.

We want to make sure your ownership of a Strider Balance Bike is the best experience it can be. To make this happen, we request that you register your bike’s serial number through this online form. This will activate your warranty, allow us to track your bike, and allow us to send you technical updates and helpful tips.

STRIDER BIKES TWO-YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

We want you to be happy with your Strider products, we want your child to be successful at riding, and we are motivated to resolve any issues in a very timely manner. Contact us by phone or email.

Strider Balance Bikes come with a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects (you know, things that happen at the factory…not say, backing over a Strider with your car because it was accidently left in the driveway even though you told your child three times – three times – to put it away).

Our warranty is limited to riders weighing less than 27 kg (60 lbs.) for all 12 Classic, Sport, Pro, and ST-R models; 36 kg (80 lbs.) for all 14x Sport models; 85 kg (187 lbs.) for 16 Sport models; and 110 kg (242 lbs.) for 20 Sport models.

IMPORTANT

>> You’ll need to register your Strider Bike in the form below to activate your warranty with the serial number located on the underside of the bike.
